Big Brother

I am so proud of Jackson. He has become a wonderful, protective, caring big brother, and that fills my heart with joy. Every time we pick up Jackson from preschool, he runs up to Haley with a big bear hug. It really is precious. Jackson still calls Haley his baby sister, and I've heard him a few times telling her that he is the best friend she is ever going to have.

It goes both ways too. Today, Jackson was sad about something, and Haley - in her sweet little voice - says "It's OK Jackson, don't be sad." Love it!

I'm closing this post with a short video, but it comes with a disclaimer. There's nothing too special about this footage. It's more for me than you. Someday, when Jackson and Haley have been fighting all day, this video will remind me that there was a time when they loved playing together! :)
