Today, Haley and I were looking through a board book filled with Bible stories. She pointed at the book and said "That's Jesus." I praised her, and then pointed to her chest and told her that Jesus lives inside her heart (this is something we've been talking to Jackson a lot about lately.)
Haley gave a look of pure terror, burst into tears, lifted up her shirt, grabbed her tummy and screamed "GET HIM OUT!"
I think next time I better make sure my theology lesson is a bit more age appropriate!
