A blow to my self-esteem

Today Jackson made a self portrait at preschool. He did a great job! At the top of the paper was written “When I grow up I want to be a _____.” Jackson responded with “a shopper.” I found that interesting so I asked him about it. Very proudly, he told me that we could work together since my job is shopping.

Ouch.

I told him that my job was being a mom. He burst out laughing and told me that was a good one.

Hmmm. Since I'm so funny, maybe I should become a comedian.
