Introducing...

Haley Zuidema, the newest member of the Toilet Trained Tot Club!

We’ve been accident free for a few days now, so this mom is keeping her fingers crossed that diapers are now a thing of the past (at least when it’s not nap time or bedtime.)

I would say that the thing that was key for us was getting a few successes under our belt. I gave Haley a lot of water, and sat her on the potty until we heard the sound that is music to a mother’s ears. Then we gave her lots of hugs and praise.

My back got sore from sitting next to the potty, and we certainly had a few accidents along the way (and probably a few more still to come), but we sure are proud of our little Potty-trained Princess!
